The study provides a personalised and evidence-based exercise program (www.exerciseguide.org.au) to men with metastatic prostate cancer via the internet and telehealth support. The aim of the study (EXERCISE GUIDE) is to equip individuals with tools that help them participate safely in health-enhancing exercise in the way that best suits them.
The research team is looking for assistance to help promote this study to potential participants within the group. It will essentially allow participants to have individualised exercise prescribed to them in the comfort of their own house or local gym. There is a limited number of spaces available in this study.
